The Site is operated by Prolarys CommV, Monteerderslaan 53, 9140 Temse, Belgium, enterprise number BE 1014.428.077, trading as ScaleUP Security ("ScaleUP Security", "we", "us" or "our"), a cybersecurity and compliance consulting company, together with its affiliate ScaleUP Security Inc. (Canada). We reserve the right to change any of the information displayed on the Site, including these Terms, at any time. When we make changes, we publish the revised version on the Site with an updated publication date. As a user, you will not receive direct notice of a revision, so we kindly ask you to check the information relevant to your situation periodically so that you remain informed of its current state. PRICES AND SERVICES

Prices shown on the Site are indicative, exclude VAT and do not constitute a binding offer. Our services are provided only under a separate written agreement, which sets out the scope, price and terms of the engagement. If that agreement differs from the Site, the agreement prevails.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ghent, Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence. ScaleUP Security makes no representation that the materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
